- Prepare an item by item list of items in order to present it to your relocation consultant.
- Prepare all the necessary paperwork and documents and try to evaluate the value of your shipment for insurance purposes.
- Contact the local US consulate of your destination country to receive all customs information.
- Make sure you understand all your rights and all customs regulations.
- Prepare all invoices for recently purchased new goods.
- After contacting your relocation specialist make sure you provide us with all necessary contact information – phone number, email address etc.

- Paperwork such as family records, birth certificates etc.
- Fire Arms
- Plants
- Jewelry
- Alcohol and pressure spray cans
- Open bottles containing liquids
